    Channel Sales Manager, Digital Media Products – Latin America

    Job Description: Manage Latin America channel sales for Interra’s digital media product line

    Job Type: Full-time

    Reporting: To VP Sales

    Location: Flexible. This position requires travel

    Function would include:

    • Manage a group of 6-8 Channel Partners in different countries in Latin America
    • Work closely with Interra support and AE team to train channel partners
    • Manage and track Channel partner relationship (via formal surveys)
    • Create and maintain product directions, roadmaps for Lat Am geo
    • Work with sales/business development and engineering teams
    • Drive development and maintenance of geo product collaterals in sync with the corporate team
    • Create and maintain geo specific competitive product analysis and help define competitive strategy
    • Manage forecasts in sync with sales operations
    • Create Internal and External product messaging/positioning presentations in sync with the corporate team
    • Provide Sales and pre-sales support
    • Act as the de-facto point of contact for the group

    Required Job Skills:

    • Domain experience
      • Experience in managing audio/ video technology products
      • Domain knowledge of Direct Broadcast, Satellite, digital cable, broadcast and narrowcast networks, IPTV
    • Leadership skills
    • Medium size company experience- must be adept at building product marketing infrastructure
    • Proven track record in leading channel / sales marketing activities for post, broadcast, or services

    Other Requirements:

    • Excellent verbal and cross-functional communication skills
    • Solid technical background and business acumen
    • Excellent presentation skills
    • US Passport holder, experience in the Lat Am market
    • Fast learner, able to deal with multiple parties, geographically collocated or distributed
    • Experience in Negotiation and Partner management
    • Knowledge of the Spanish language
    • Self-Driven with strong work ethics

    Required Experience: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience

    Education:

    • B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
    • MBA preferred

    Product Specialist, Digital Media Products

    Job Description: Product specialist assisting pre and post sales processes for Interra’s digital media product line

    Job Type: Full-time

    Reporting: To VP Sales

    Location: Flexible. This position requires travel

    Function would include:

    • Provide technical support to customers, prospective customers and business partners for software tools used in test, measurement and quality assurance activities for digital media standards (such as H.264) and contents used in broadcasting, typically through:
      • Product demonstrations
      • Installation, configuration, tuning, troubleshooting of Interra tools – either onsite or using commercial remote support tools
      • Developing sample applications, custom workflow for Integration
      • Integration of Interra tools with third party tools
      • Training customers
      • Providing all types of Pre-sale and Post-sale technical support
      • Pre-release testing of the product
    • Interface with software tools development teams to address customer issues in the software tools (if any) and get back to the customers with issue resolution
    • Interface with Marketing and Sales team to understand customers’ perspective and to ensure seamless interactions with customers/prospects/partners

    Required Job Skills:

    • Familiar with Audio/Video standards used in Digital Media industry and workflows
    • Proficient in scripting using Perl, Python, etc
    • Capable of developing software applications around the software tool products
    • Comfortable in extensively using issue tracking tool such as JIRA
    • Good communication and presentation skills
    • Hardworking, with a positive attitude towards tasks, customers, colleagues, and changes in work procedures
    • Willing to travel (within and outside the US)
    • Should be a US passport holder

    Required Experience: 5 years as a software engineer or more than 3 years in application engineering or other customer facing roles

    Candidate Profile: B.S/ B.Tech/B.E./or equivalent from a reputed institute.
