Vega H264 is an an industry leading Audio/Video analyzer for assurance of standards compliance and interoperability. Vega TSA

Vega Video Comparator - Accelerate Encoder Development

One of the challenges for an encoder or transcoder developer is assessing the performance of the encoder/transcoder. One way of assessing the performance is to compare two video outputs of the encoder/transcoder.
